Job summary

Accenture seeks a Technical Leader in Robotics to drive architecture, implementation, and integration for global industrial clients using state-of-the-art Physical AI and robotics stacks.

You will lead interdisciplinary teams (3–10) across PoC, pilots, and production, develop scalable AI architectures (NVIDIA Isaac Sim/Lab, Cosmos), and align technology roadmaps with client goals. Travel may range 0–100% depending on project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree in robotics or computer science or equivalent work experience.
• Strong robotics and software development background with ROS2 and sim environments.
• Experience with AI/Physical AI, VLA architectures, and real-time robotics pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Technical leadership of robotics innovation projects including architecture design and integration for global clients.
• Develop scalable Physical AI architectures with autonomy, VLA model integration, real-time systems, and simulation.
• Manage interdisciplinary delivery teams (3-10 people) across PoC, pilot, and production rollout.
• Conduct technology benchmarks, venture screenings, and robust demo/test setups.
• Coordinate with clients, partners, and Accenture units from roadmap to implementation.
• Contribute to Next-Gen Robotics strategy with roadmaps, partner development, and enablement.
