Accenture is seeking a senior robotics and AI leader to spearhead global industrial automation initiatives in San Francisco. You will drive architecture, develop scalable Physical AI systems, and lead cross-disciplinary teams across PoC, pilot, and production phases.

You will collaborate with engineering, AI, and strategy experts to deliver practical robotics solutions—from AMRs to drones—and contribute to Next-Gen Robotics strategy and partner development. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of robotics, consulting, or software project experience with a strong technical focus.

Responsabilités

• Technical leadership of robotics innovation projects, including architecture design, implementation, and integration for global industrial clients.
• Development of scalable Physical AI architectures with autonomy, VLA model integration, real-time systems, and scalable simulation.
• Management of interdisciplinary delivery teams (3-10 people) across PoC, pilot, and production rollout phases.
• Execution of technology benchmarks, venture screenings, and robust demo/test setups.
• Close coordination with clients, partners, and Accenture industry units—from roadmap creation to productive implementation.
• Active contribution to the Next-Gen Robotics strategy: tech roadmaps, partner development, and internal enablement initiatives.
