Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in robotics engineering, robotics software, autonomous systems, or related fields.
• Proven ability to architect and deploy robotics systems in production environments.
• Strong proficiency in ROS/ROS 2, Python and C++ for robotics applications.
• Experience with fleet management and multi-robot coordination.
• Understanding of cloud/edge deployment, containers and observability.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end technical architecture for robotics intelligence platforms and fleets.
• Architect robotics platforms covering perception, localization, SLAM and motion planning.
• Define patterns for robotics models, simulation-based training and real‑robot inference.
• Design multi-robot orchestration and fleet management platforms.
• Lead architecture reviews, risk management and governance across pursuits and delivery.
• Mentor robotics and platform engineering teams and promote reusable standards.
