Job summary

Accenture PLC is expanding its Next Gen Robotics team in the United States, leading robotics innovation for global industrial clients. You will architect, implement, and integrate scalable robotics solutions using ROS2, GPT-based policies, and simulation tools.

Travel up to 100% may be required, with a focus on delivering end-to-end system deployments across PoC, pilot, and production phases. You will mentor teams, advance AI-driven robotics platforms, and coordinate with clients and partners to

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of robotics, consulting, or software project experience with a technical focus.
• Strong robotics stack expertise including ROS2, motion planning, sensor fusion and simulation.
• Hands-on experience with Physical AI and foundation model tech, and sim-to-real transfer.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership of robotics innovation projects from architecture to integration for global industrial clients.
• Develop scalable Physical AI architectures with real-time and simulation capabilities.
• Lead interdisciplinary delivery teams (3–10 people) through PoC, pilot, and rollout.
• Run benchmarks, screenings, and robust demo/test setups for clients and partners.
• Coordinate with clients and Accenture units from roadmap to implementation.
• Contribute to Next-Gen Robotics strategy, tech roadmaps, and partner development.
