Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness - RHWS022 is seeking a Lead Registered Nurse to guide medical operations within the studio, ensuring clinical excellence and regulatory compliance. You will mentor the nursing team, coordinate with the GM, and drive service performance while maintaining a patient-centered, high-quality standard of care.

You will oversee scheduling, safety protocols, and staff development to foster a supportive, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

Active, unencumbered RN license required.
Current BLS certification required.
Minimum 2 years in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, or similar).
Minimum 1 year administering IV/injections.
Previous leadership or management experience (preferred).
Passion for wellness and patient care.
Strong mentoring and coaching skills.
Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Commitment to compliance and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

Lead Restore’s medical operations within the studio and ensure safety and compliance.
Mentor and train the nursing staff and educate front desk staff on medical services.
Drive medical department revenue and monitor KPIs to meet studio goals.
Collaborate with the GM to implement activations and optimize clinical processes.
Oversee staffing and scheduling for medical coverage and maintain a high-performance culture.
