Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a Lead Registered Nurse to oversee medical operations at the studio, combining clinical leadership with business acumen to ensure safe, effective, and transformative patient care.

You will mentor the nursing team and front desk staff, ensure compliance, and drive service excellence while maintaining a supportive, high-performance culture in a fast-paced wellness environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Minimum 2 years in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, or similar).
• Minimum 1 year administering IV/injections.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent nursing care and expert guidance to clients.
• Administer IV drips, injections, and other medical services with precision and professionalism.
• Provide prescriptive recommendations aligned with client wellness goals.
• Train and support RNs in clinical operations and protocols.
• Educate front desk staff on medical services to enhance client support.
• Ensure compliance with all medical, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Drive medical department revenue through sustainable strategies and service excellence.
• Partner with the GM to develop activations to meet studio goals.
• Monitor medical KPIs and adjust processes to achieve results.
• Collaborate with the GM and leadership to integrate medical services into studio operations.
• Manage scheduling and staffing for medical coverage.
• Model servant leadership and contribute to a high-performance culture.
