Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a Lead Registered Nurse to drive medical operations across the studio. You will serve as both clinical expert and business driver, overseeing safety, compliance, and the nursing team while ensuring high-quality client care.

Qualifications

• RN licensure active and unencumbered.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum 2 years in an acute care setting (ER/ICU/Med-Surg or similar).
• Minimum 1 year administering IVs/injections.
• Previous leadership or management experience preferred.
• Passion for wellness and patient care.
• Strong mentoring, coaching, and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical expertise and guidance to clients.
• Train and support RNs in clinical operations and protocols.
• Educate front desk staff on medical services.
• Ensure compliance with medical, safety, and regulatory standards.
