Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a Lead Registered Nurse to guide medical operations within our studio. You will blend clinical leadership with business acumen, mentoring the nursing team and ensuring safe, effective patient care.

This role drives compliance, staff development, and service excellence, partnering with the general manager to align medical services with studio goals while maintaining a high-performance culture and exceptional client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum 2 years in an acute care setting (ER/ICU/Med-Surg or similar).
• At least 1 year administering IVs or injections.
• Previous leadership/management experience preferred.
• Passion for wellness and patient care.
• Strong mentoring, coaching and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care and guidance to clients.
• Administer IV drips, injections with precision.
• Provide prescriptive recommendations aligned with wellness goals.
• Train and support RNs in clinical operations.
• Educate front desk staff on medical services.
• Ensure compliance with medical, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Drive studio medical department revenue through service excellence.
• Collaborate with GM to develop activations and meet studio goals.
• Monitor medical KPIs and optimize processes.
• Manage scheduling and staffing for medical coverage.
• Model servant leadership and maintain a high-performance culture.
