Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a Lead Registered Nurse to guide medical operations within our San Antonio studio. You will blend clinical expertise with business acumen, mentoring the nursing team and ensuring safe, compliant patient care.

You’ll partner with the GM to grow studio performance, manage scheduling, and train front desk staff on medical services, all while maintaining exceptional client care and a high‑performance culture.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (required).
• Current BLS certification (required).
• Minimum 2 years in an acute care setting (ER/ICU/Med-Surg or similar).
• Minimum 1 year administering IV/injections.
• Leadership or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing team and oversee medical operations within the studio.
• Train and coach RNs and front desk staff on clinical protocols.
• Ensure compliance with medical, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Drive medical department revenue through service excellence and activations with GM.
• Manage scheduling and staffing for medical coverage and high performance.
