Responsibilities include policy development, administrative duties, resident care participation, and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing.
• Two+ years of supervisory experience in geriatric care.
• CPR certification required; active RN nursing license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily nursing services activities.
• Apply EverTrue policies; coach nursing staff as needed.
• Develop and update nursing dept policy and procedures.
• Handle admin duties: evaluations, scheduling, records, RAIs.
• Participate in direct resident care when needed.
• Attend committee meetings as required.
• Cover Director of Nursing/Charge Nurse in their absence.
• Assist in in-service training for nursing staff.
• Participate in surveys and inspections.
• Maintain safe work environment and infection control.
• Protect resident and employee confidentiality.
• Conduct rounds to ensure safe care delivery.
• Coordinate admission process for new residents.
• Report incidents per regulations; support investigations.
• Follow applicable laws and EverTrue policies.
