Job summary

Recover-Care in the United States is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate care to our residents. You will work with a team of healthcare professionals to implement care plans, monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed.

Qualifications

• Certified as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Caring and compassionate personality.
• Leadership and mentorship capabilities.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Enhance clinical care and residents’ quality of life while protecting resident rights.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician.
• Daily checks to ensure proper medication administration and assess patient status.
• Inform RN Supervisor about residents, staff and related matters.
• Implement changes as directed by RN Supervisor or Director of Nurses.
• Provide professional nursing services per facility policies and procedures.
• Complete required nursing record-keeping forms for admissions, discharges, transfers, etc., and file appropriately.
• Give and receive nursing reports at shift start and end.
• Investigate complaints and prepare oral/written reports as needed.
• Present professionally to residents and families through dress, behavior and speech.
• Adhere to policies and standards.
