Job summary

Recover-Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to supervise Nursing Services and coordinate resident care in accordance with physicians’ orders and regulatory standards. You will support the Director of Nursing and oversee 24-hour operations to ensure safe, compassionate care and efficient staff deployment.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an RN in Kansas.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Five years in long-term or acute health care preferred; At least 2 years of nursing supervisory experience required.
• Registered Nurse responsible for staff assignment and supervision per established policies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate plans for total care of residents per physician orders and regulations.
• Communicate and interpret policies to nursing staff and monitor practices.
• Participate in admissions decisions and visits for prospective residents as needed.
• Lead 24-hour nursing supervision in partnership with the Director of Nursing.
• Ensure 24-hour RN coverage and infection control compliance.
