Trilogy Health Services is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) in Ohio to lead a care team and deliver quality clinical care. The role emphasizes supervising staff, ensuring accurate medication administration, documenting care, and supporting residents from admission through discharge.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state RN license.
• Current, valid CPR certification required.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of direct care providers to ensure medications and treatments are delivered accurately, with proper documentation and family teaching.
• Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care from admission through discharge and return to family and community.
• Visit residents daily to assess status and notify charge nurse/physician when a resident’s condition changes.
• Identify problems and emergencies and initiate lifesaving measures in the absence of a physician.
• Perform administrative duties such as completing forms, reports, and charting as needed.
