Job summary

Katherine Luther Residential Health Care & Rehabilitation Ce seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to provide nursing leadership and clinical oversight for residents and staff across shifts. The role ensures safe, compassionate, person-centered care in line with facility policies, physician orders, and standards.

The RN Supervisor coordinates daily nursing operations, supervises staff, supports care planning, and drives quality, safety, infection prevention, and documentation across the unit.

Qualifications

• RN license currently valid in the state of employment.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• At least 1–2 years of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care or similar.
• Supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and direct resident care as needed.
• Oversee licensed and unlicensed staff and assign duties.
• Ensure physician orders, treatment plans, medications, and interventions are carried out.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and respond to emergencies.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and quality initiatives.
