Community Wellness Partners in Clinton, NY is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for the Katherine Luther Residential Facility. The role provides nursing leadership, clinical oversight, and ensures safe, person-centered care during assigned shifts.

The supervisor coordinates daily nursing operations, oversees licensed and unlicensed staff, supports care planning, and ensures regulatory compliance, quality and infection control across the unit.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of employment.
• Graduation from an approved nursing program.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Two years of nursing experience preferred, supervisory experience a plus.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and infection prevention.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct resident care as needed and oversee care by nursing staff.
• Evaluate residents and changes in condition, initiating interventions.
• Notify physicians and nursing leadership of significant changes in status.
• Ensure orders and treatments are carried out appropriately.
• Monitor risks such as falls, infections, and weight loss.
• Participate in admissions, transfers, and discharge planning.
• Support end‑of‑life care and coordinate with families.
