Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead the Home Therapies program. You will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate staff scheduling, and ensure safe delivery of home dialysis. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, staff training and patient education for ESRD care.

The ideal candidate has dialysis experience, supervisory skills, and strong leadership with a focus on quality patient outcomes and family caregiver training.

Qualifications

• RN required with valid licensure in the state
• Graduate of accredited nursing program with CPR certification
• Minimum of one year dialysis experience; three months peritoneal dialysis experience required
• One year medical-surgical or ICU experience preferred
• Supervisory experience preferred; training in dialysis therapies required
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and continuous quality improvement

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Home Therapies program
• Provide safe, effective oversight, training and scheduling of home dialysis delivery
• Manage program budget, KPIs and profit and loss for the assigned site
• Direct patient care management from admission to discharge
• Train patients and caregivers for home dialysis and equipment maintenance
• Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness; coordinate with staff and management
