Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in Ohio seeks an experienced RN to oversee the Day-to-Day operations of a Home Therapies program. You will supervise in-center staff, ensure quality patient care and alignment with policies, training, and regulatory requirements.

The role includes managing program performance, budget adherence, staff development, and patient/caregiver training for home dialysis. Strong leadership and dialysis experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN) with current state licensure.
• Successful CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year dialysis experience with three months peritoneal experience; ICU/medical-surgical experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Training in dialysis therapies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe, effective delivery of home dialysis therapies and staff training.
• Manage program profit and loss, budgets, and KPIs.
• Direct patient care from admission to discharge, guiding staff for safe home therapy.
• Assess home environments and train patients/caregivers on equipment use and maintenance.
• Lead quality initiatives, regulatory compliance, and staff competency.
