Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a program coordinator for their Home Therapies program in Las Cruces, New Mexico. In this role, you will be responsible for daily operations and support to provide quality care to patients with End-Stage Renal Disease. You'll also manage profit and loss for the program.

The ideal candidate will have experience in dialysis, nursing, and demonstrated leadership skills. Key aspects will include oversight of patient training and compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year dialysis experience with three months peritoneal experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership skills including communication and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily program operations for Home Therapies program.
• Manage profit and loss for the assigned program.
• Direct patient care and training for patients with ESRD.
