Qualifications

• RN licensed in Kentucky with current credentials.
• Minimum one year dialysis experience; peritoneal experience preferred.
• Successful completion of dialysis therapy training course.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.
• Experience supervising staff is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Home Therapies program and coordinate with management and staff.
• Direct patient care management from admission through discharge for ESRD patients.
• Ensure staff competency, training, and safety in home dialysis delivery.
• Manage program supply, equipment, regulatory compliance, and audits.
• Support patient experience initiatives and data entry into systems.
