Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Minnesota RN license required.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting insurance standards.
• Ability to pass a Minnesota DHS background study.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and onboard RNs and support staff on the nursing team.
• Provide and oversee nursing care in clients' homes per care plans.
• Coordinate medications with doctors/pharmacies and maintain accurate health records.
• Participate in rotating on-call shifts and cover open shifts, including emergencies.
• Support patient transitions with hospital stays and care planning.
• Keep the team up to date on CPR, safety training, and HIPAA rules.
