Job summary

Harry Meyering Center, a nonprofit focused on supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, seeks a Program Supervisor in the Mankato area. You will provide leadership, coordinate day-to-day operations, and mentor staff while helping individuals live meaningfully at home and in the community.

The role features a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekend coverage for the ICF location, and a starting wage of $22.00/hour, rising to $23.00/hour after one year.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of supervisory experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with interpersonal skills; able to problem-solve in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive, person-centered supervision to individuals and team members.
• Assist individuals with daily living needs and community engagement.
• Support medical needs, including medication administration and appointments.
• Monitor finances for individuals served and maintain a clean, safe living environment.
• Oversee program operations, including budgeting and vehicle maintenance.
• Complete required documentation and communicate program updates.
• Supervise staff through scheduling, orientation, and performance management.
• Ensure safe staffing ratios and a positive team environment.
• Participate in on-call rotation and unstructured shift tasks.
• Assist with person-centered plan planning and implementation.
• Follow health, safety, and HIPAA guidelines.
