Job summary

Family Residential Homecare LLC in Joplin, MO seeks an experienced RN Supervisor to lead a team delivering in-home care. You will supervise caregivers, perform patient assessments, and develop care plans while ensuring compliance with physician orders and care protocols.

The role requires Missouri RN licensure, 2+ years in home health or supervisory nursing, and strong leadership and communication skills. Travel for home visits and CPR/BLS certification are expected.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Missouri in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience, preferably in home health or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of home health regulations, Medicare/Medicaid guidelines, and care standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform patient assessments and develop comprehensive care plans.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver''s license for home visits.
• CPR/BLS certification required or ability to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support home health aides and other care staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans; monitor progress.
• Perform skilled nursing visits and ensure adherence to physician orders and care protocols.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate staff per company standards.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with state, federal, and agency policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with homecare guidelines.
