Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC in Rochester, MN seeks an experienced Nursing Supervisor to oversee RNs and LPNs/LVNs, handle hiring, scheduling, and regulatory compliance, and promote high‑quality in‑home care.

You will monitor patients’ health, manage medications, coordinate treatments, schedule appointments, and evaluate nursing care and facility conditions while planning staff orientation and training to maintain a safe, compassionate care environment.

Qualifications

• Current RN license with at least three years of related experience or LPN/LVN license with two years of experience, depending on supervisory role
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Valid driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and a compassionate attitude

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff (RNs and LPNs/LVNs) by handling hiring, scheduling and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Monitor individuals’ health and medical conditions and manage medication administration
• Coordinate treatments and schedule medical appointments
• Evaluate nursing care and facility conditions
• Plan and conduct staff orientation and training
• Promote quality care and maintain a safe, clean environment
