Qualifications

• Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care.
• Willingness to participate in CE and training.

Responsibilities

• Observe, assess, document, and communicate changes in resident conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Receive and carry out physician orders accurately.
• Implement and evaluate care plans for resident wellness and comfort.
• Direct CNAs to ensure safe, respectful care and policy compliance.
• Lead shift start-up updates and maintain team communication.
• Round with CNAs to ensure order and safety.
• Complete admissions, pain assessments, and required documentation.
• Advocate for residents to stay comfortable and pain-free.
• Notify physicians and families of significant health changes.
