Helia Healthcare, LLC in Olney, IL, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to lead clinical care for our residents. You’ll supervise LPNs and CNAs, administer medications, and ensure documentation and care plans meet standards of quality and safety.

The role emphasizes compassion, leadership, and a can-do attitude to support our community. The RN will advocate for residents, coordinate with physicians and families, and help maintain a compassionate, respectful environment.

Formación

• Current Illinois RN license
• Experience in long-term care, acute care, or geriatric nursing preferred
• Supervisory experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Ability to read and interpret journals, policies, and regulations
• Ability to write nursing notes, reports, and procedures clearly
• Confident interaction with leadership, residents, families, physicians, and the public
• Continuing education to maintain licensure

Responsabilidades

• Observe, assess, document, and communicate changes in resident conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Direct CNAs and supervise LPNs with confidence and kindness.
• Coordinate and evaluate care plans to support wellness and comfort.
• Update the team at shift start and maintain ongoing communication.
• Complete admissions, pain evaluations, and required documentation.
