Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Current RN license in state of practice or compact license.
• Leadership and management experience in a clinical unit.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care on a designated unit using nursing process.
• Oversee staffing and patient assignments to meet acuity and resources.
• Mentor staff and serve as a clinical resource in the absence of the unit leader.
