Bon Secours Memorial Regional Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Unit Leader to coordinate patient care on a designated unit. The Lead RN/Charge Nurse will collaborate with the Clinical Manager to ensure high-quality care, staff guidance, and efficient use of resources.

The role emphasizes interprofessional collaboration, safety, and successful patient experiences, with leadership responsibilities and potential precepting duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Nursing (preferred).
• Current RN license in state (or compact).
• BLS certification preferred; obtain prior to patient care setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates patient care on a designated unit.
• Guides staff and oversees unit in the absence of the leader.
• Maintains infection control and environmental safety standards.
• Communicates care plans with patients and families.
• Mentors nursing staff and supports mission of the organization.
