Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic in Hermiston, OR seeks a Registered Nurse Charge Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and department operations. You will provide direct patient care, assist providers during procedures, document in the EMR, and ensure smooth patient flow throughout the department.

The role requires an RN license, supervisory experience, and willingness to travel to multiple Yakima sites. Competitive pay, relocation support, and bilingual pay are offered.

Formación

• Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing.
• One year of experience as an RN.
• Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Active WA RN license; dual WA & OR licensure within 120 days.
• BCLS within 90 days; ACLS and PALS preferred.
• Travel to Yakima sites may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Coaches, mentors and trains direct report staff with performance evaluations.
• Develops department work plan and manages patient flow.
• Provides patient care, records health history and vital signs in EMR.
• Collaborates with providers on the patient plan of care and referrals.
• Ensures compliance with JCAHO/HRSA/YVFWC requirements.
