Job summary

Mirasol Family Health Center in Hermiston, OR is seeking a Registered Nurse Charge Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and department operations. You will provide direct patient care, support providers, and manage patient flow within outpatient services.

The role requires RN licensure in WA, supervisory experience, and eligibility for WA/OR licensure. Relocation assistance and a multi-installment hiring bonus are offered, along with employer-paid health benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing.
• One year of RN experience required.
• Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Active WA Registered Nurse license.
• Dual WA & OR licensure required within 120 days of hire.
• BCLS within 90 days; ACLS and PALS preferred.
• Knowledge of medications and basic nursing procedures.
• Ability to travel to surrounding sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coaches, mentors and trains direct report staff; performs evaluations.
• Supports staff growth, identifies training needs, creates action plans.
• Participates in recruitment and staff orientation.
• Develops department work plans; coordinates patient scheduling and flow.
• Provides patient care, records vital signs and health history.
• Explains procedures and obtains consent; may start IVs.
• Documents in EMR and assists with diagnostic procedures.
• Collaborates on patient care plans and referrals.
• Plans department meetings and monitors program progress.
