Job summary

Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic, Inc. seeks a Registered Nurse Charge Supervisor to manage nursing staff, coordinate patient flow, and support outpatient procedures at the Woodburn, OR site. The role requires an active OR RN license with supervisory experience and competence in EPIC EMR.

Shifts are Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm, with relocation assistance available up to $10,000 and a bilingual differential for qualified candidates. Bonus programs and comprehensive health coverage are offered.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in Nursing and active RN license.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience; 2 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Current OR RN license; dual WA/OR licensure within 120 days if applicable.
• BCLS within 90 days; ACLS/PALS preferred.
• Ability to travel to Yakima sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor, and train direct report staff with performance evaluations.
• Develop department work plans and manage patient scheduling.
• Provide direct patient care and document health history and meds in EMR.
• Assist providers during outpatient procedures.
• Coordinate interagency referrals and follow-up care.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission and HRSA requirements.
