Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients and support patient safety and quality of care standards.
• Serve as primary liaison between patients, staff and physicians.
• Provide clinical supervision to care team staff, including scheduling and mentoring.
• Coordinate daily huddles and manage materials for care delivery.
• Review patient charts and ensure timely documentation in the EHR.
• Assist with new hire orientation and performance feedback.
