Job summary

AdvantageCare Physicians in New York seeks a Registered Nurse (Care Team Supervisor) to provide professional nursing care and lead the specialty care team. You will liaise between patients, staff and physicians, supervise staff, and support the Advanced Care Model.

The role supports patient safety and satisfaction. Responsibilities include coordinating huddles, reviewing charts, managing supplies, and collaborating with leadership to ensure high-quality care delivery.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and licensure.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Basic life support (BLS) certification required.
• ACLS certification required for GI and Cardiology roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide general nursing care and administer treatments per orders.
• Serve as primary liaison between patients, staff and physicians.
• Organize clinical supervision for the care team, including scheduling and mentoring.
• Assist with new hire orientation and performance feedback.
• Coordinate daily huddles and prepare required materials.
• Review patient charts and manage care plans with the team.
