Responsibilities

• Organize and provide clinical supervision to the specialty patient care team.
• Manage daily huddles and prepare materials.

Skills

Patient education on self-management of chronic conditions

Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills

Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR)

Ability to maintain quality control standards

Education

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred

BLS
