Responsibilities

• Supervise the specialty care team, delegate tasks, mentor and educate staff.
• Assist with new hire orientation, performance feedback, and disciplinary information.
• Manage daily huddles and prepare materials for staff deliverables.
• Review patient charts for missing labs and open orders during huddles.
