AdvantageCare Physicians (ACPNY) seeks an experienced registered nurse to provide professional nursing care across NY metro offices. You will coordinate care, supervise the specialty care team, mentor staff, and support patient safety and quality standards.

You will administer medications, review charts, and participate in point-of-care testing, with emphasis on effective communication and patient education. This is a full-time outpatient role in a multi-office setting.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Current unencumbered New York State Registered Nurse license.
• BLS.
• ACLS required for GI and Cardiology.

Aufgaben

• Provide professional nursing care to patients and support patient safety and quality of care.
• Act as liaison between patients, staff and physicians and support the Advanced Care Model.
• Organize clinical supervision for the specialty care team and delegate tasks.
• Assist with staff orientation, training and performance feedback.
• Coordinate daily huddles and manage care team schedules.
• Review patient charts, vital signs and test results; manage orders and interventions.
• Prepare supplies and aid physicians during treatments and procedures.
• Document progress notes in the EHR within 24 hours.
• Triage urgent requests and act as clinical liaison between call center and office.
