Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience.
• 5+ years of Risk Management, Audit, or Compliance experience.
• 3+ years of experience testing controls in Risk, Compliance or Audit.
• 2+ years of experience in people management.
• 2+ years of experience automating banking processes and controls.

Responsibilities

• Direct and develop a team of 4–5 risk control advisors.
• Direct first-line control testing across the Commercial Banking control portfolio.
• Advise on the design, implementation, and optimization of internal controls.
• Modernize controls with automation, data analytics, and AI-driven monitoring.
• Identify control deficiencies, plan remediation, and report to leadership.
• Communicate risk insights clearly to governance forums.
