Sesame Place is seeking a Full Time Rides Supervisor to oversee rides operations, staffing, and training, ensuring memorable experiences for guests and ambassadors. You will coordinate trainings, manage staffing, and ensure compliance with standards across the department.

The role requires 2+ years of leadership in park operations, CPR/AED certification, and strong customer-service orientation. Expect a dynamic, fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth and varied shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• 2+ years of park operations leadership experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to complete CPR/AED training/certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience with diverse cultures.
• Must complete all legal, company and department trainings within set timelines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Passion for customer service.
• Excellent multitasking and time-management skills.
• Active listening and anticipating guests’ needs.
• Flexible to perform varied duties.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement all aspects of department trainings and certifications including Rides Policy and OJT.
• Ensure compliance with Sea World standards, policies, and procedures.
• Work with the Rides Manager to monitor department hiring needs to ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Partner with the scheduling team to maintain and edit schedules to meet business needs.
• Complete ambassador in-park auditing for safety, guest service, and SOP compliance.
• Lead and develop part-time Rides leadership.
• Participate in Department and Park Duty Manager shifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
