Job summary

Neros Technologies is seeking a Lead RF Test & Integration Engineer to own the qualification and production test strategy for wireless systems used in our FPV drones. You will lead RF validation for video and C2 links and build test infrastructure to catch issues before field deployment.

You will directly manage RF test engineers, set the testing bar, and partner with design and manufacturing to ensure production readiness.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical/EC Engineering or RF-related field.
• 7+ years RF test/validation experience.
• Experience qualifying wireless products or RF subsystems.
• Strong RF measurement fundamentals (S-parameters, power, EVM, BER/PER).
• Hands-on RF lab equipment experience.
• Experience building automated test systems (Python).
• Ability to lead engineers and review data.

Responsibilities

• Own RF qualification testing for FPV drone links and RF subsystems.
• Define validation plans, criteria, test procedures, and release gates.
• Lead NPI test readiness for new RF products and factory handoff.
• Oversee manufacturing acceptance testing for RF assemblies and products.
• Build and scale RF test infrastructure with VNAs, analyzers, and automation.
• Drive root-cause investigations for RF issues and field failures.
• Manage and mentor RF test engineers and technicians.
