Job summary

NEROS is seeking a Mission Integrations Lead in the United States to drive our most complex hardware and software integration efforts. You will lead a small team of Integration Specialists and work directly with external partners while staying hands-on with technical work.

Ideal candidates bring deep FPV drone experience, a history of building drones of various sizes, Betaflight tuning skills, and a proven ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on FPV drone experience with depth in hardware and software integration.
• Experience building multiple FPV drones from scratch across sizes.
• Leadership/mentoring of team members and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Integration Specialists; scope and prioritize work.
• Drive the most complex integration projects from feasibility to proof-of-concept.
• Serve as primary contact for external partners on active integrations.
• Conduct feasibility assessments for new integration opportunities.
• Represent team in cross-functional engineering coordination.
• Define team direction, standards, and maintain ICDs/CAD docs.
• Assist with hiring and onboarding as the team grows.
