Job summary

Neros Technologies in Torrance, CA seeks an Integration Specialist to build, modify, and field-test FPV drone platforms for third-party hardware and software integrations. You will work hands-on from feasibility to proof-of-concept and engage directly with external partners.

Responsibilities include configuring Betaflight, ELRS RF systems, soldering and prototyping hardware, and assessing integration feasibility while coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years hands-on FPV drone space experience.
• Built multiple FPV drones from scratch across sizes (8"+).
• Strong Betaflight configuration and tuning knowledge.
• Comfort with light soldering, wiring, and physical prototyping.
• Strong ELRS, RF propagation, and spectrum management knowledge.
• FPV flight experience (Acro, non-stabilized).
• FAA Part 107 certification.

Responsibilities

• Build and modify multi-rotor FPV platforms across sizes to support integration/testing.
• Configure and troubleshoot Betaflight-based flight controllers, ELRS links, RF systems.
• Perform hardware modification and prototyping (soldering, mounts) to enable new integrations.
• Assess feasibility of integrations and scope engineering effort.
• Field test integration prototypes and handoff to support/training teams.
• Collaborate with external partner companies on integration requirements.
