Job summary

Neros is seeking an Integration Specialist to join our Mission Integrations team. You will build, modify, and field-test FPV drone platforms to prove out integrations with third-party hardware and software systems—hands-on from feasibility through proof-of-concept, and engaging directly with external partners.

You will work on multi-rotor FPV platforms, configure Betaflight and ELRS links, perform light soldering and prototyping, and assess feasibility of new integrations.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years hands-on FPV drone experience.
• Builds multiple FPV drones across sizes.
• Strong Betaflight configuration knowledge.
• Light soldering, wiring and physical prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Build and modify FPV platforms across sizes for integration and testing.
• Configure Betaflight-based flight controllers and ELRS RF links.
• Perform hardware modifications and 3D-printed mounts for new integrations.
• Assess integration feasibility and scope engineering effort.
• Field test integration prototypes and hand off to internal teams.
• Collaborate with external partners on technical integration requirements.
