Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering required; MS preferred.
• 5+ years RF hardware design experience in commercial/industrial products.
• Expertise with RF simulation tools (ADS, HFSS) for PCB/antenna/fixtures.
• Knowledge of RF system architecture, standards, and trade-offs.
• Experience leading projects and mentoring engineers.
• Strong DFx (DFM and DFT) understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end RF design, simulation, and layout from antenna to radio interface.
• Define and own verification, validation, and production test procedures.
• Perform system analysis, link budgets, and cascade analysis for performance.
• Lead root-cause analysis for RF interference, desensitization, and connectivity issues.
• Propose and validate RF architectural decisions and component selection.
• Manage timelines and delegate tasks to juniors for on-time delivery.
• Serve as RF lead with cross-functional teams including mechanical, firmware, and software.
