ALTEN Technology USA, an engineering leader with 3,000+ experts, is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer in Aurora, OH. You will lead the design, development, testing, and support of advanced RF-based electronic systems for medical imaging, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Electrical or Biomedical Engineering and 5+ years in RF design and regulated environments. The role emphasizes leadership, CAD/simulation tools, and commitment to safety and quality

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in electrical engineering, RF design, medical devices, or regulated industries.
Strong knowledge of analog and RF circuit design principles.
Experience with electrical design, simulation, and modeling tools.
Understanding of electromagnetic theory, transmission lines, antennas and RF technologies.
PCB design, testing, validation and troubleshooting experience.
Familiarity with product development processes and design verification.
Root-cause analysis and corrective-action experience.
Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience in medical devices or regulated environments preferred.

Mansioni

Lead the design, development, testing, and support of RF-based electronic systems for medical imaging.
Design and analyze analog and RF circuitry including high-frequency electronics and signal transmission.
Use simulation, modeling, and CAD tools to develop and optimize electrical designs.
Perform system integration to ensure performance across electromechanical systems.
Conduct validation, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions for field/production issues.
Collaborate with mechanical, systems, manufacturing, quality, and regulatory teams throughout the lifecycle.
Support compliance with safety, performance, and regulatory standards.
Lead technical reviews, drive engineering decisions, and mentor junior engineers.
Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
Manage multiple initiatives while ensuring quality, schedule, and technical objectives.
