Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical experience plus 1 year in management
• Knowledge of military specs and IPC standards
• Ability to manage and lead program technical execution
• Experience with mixed-signal design using discrete components
• Creative problem solving without known solutions
• Strong computer skills and engineering tools
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
• U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain DoD SECRET clearance

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and mentorship to Electrical Engineers
• Oversees electrical design feasibility, viability, and function
• Manages program technical execution with electrical oversight
• Evaluates risks and uncertainties in requirements and designs
• Generates robust designs for ESD, EMI, and thermal environments
• Guides programs via formal peer reviews
• Supports manufacturing, quality, and testing from concept to delivery
• Leads testing/validation of electrical components or subsystems
• Mentors junior engineers and assists in staffing decisions
