RTX is seeking an experienced RF Design Engineer for an onsite role in Tucson, AZ. You will design transmitters, receivers, and exciters for radar and datalink systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet stringent performance and environmental requirements.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in STEM and 8+ years in RF design with experience in HFSS, ADS, or Mentor tools, and the ability to obtain interim DoD clearance. Relocation support is available.

Formación

• Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of eight years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience with RF design, testing, and simulation.
• Experience with RF design tools: Mentor DX Designer, HFSS, SystemVue/Genesys, ADS.
• Ability to obtain INTERIM U.S. government issued security clearance prior to start.

Responsabilidades

• Design and development of transmitters, receivers or exciters.
• Design of circuit card assemblies (CCAs) with RF or mixed signals.
• Work in a lab to characterize components and verify modules.
• Test and handle sensitive RF hardware.
• Schematic capture and RF routing.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (power, digital, mechanical).
