Qualifications

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in Managing Competitive Retail Space at the Lead Supervisor level.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; bend, reach, climb as needed.
• Strong leadership presence and ability to drive sales and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operation of the business.
