Job summary

Coach seeks a Lead Supervisor in Braintree, MA to drive sales and elevate the customer experience on the shop floor. You will lead by example, coach teammates, and ensure consistent execution of brand standards and store initiatives.

You will collaborate with leadership to recruit, train, and evaluate staff, while maintaining a safe, engaging, and high-performing retail environment. This role requires physical flexibility and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in Managing Competitive Retail Space at the Lead Supervisor level.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required on the sales floor.
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills to drive store goals and employee development.

Responsibilities

• Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Leads implementation of Company initiatives and supports store operations.
• Supports recruiting, interviewing, and performance evaluation of team members.
