Job summary

• Provide peer coaching and support to the store team to drive customer service, sales, and conversion.
• Deliver an exceptional store experience with consultative selling and total solutions.
• Own weekly sales and merchandising activities.
• Perform Floor Leader role directing the team for a great customer experience.
• Champion company initiatives and adapt to change.
• Remain available and foster an engaging environment.
• Complete daily merchandising and sales tasks within the store.
• Assist with operational tasks in partnership with the GM.
• Observe and coach team behaviors to win, deliver service, and drive results.
