European Wax Center in Omaha, NE, is seeking a Retail Manager to lead day-to-day operations and coach a high-performing team while achieving sales goals. This is a full-time, in-center leadership role focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining store standards.

You'll drive staff development, monitor KPIs and center performance, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with brand guidelines in a fast-paced environment. Flexible availability is required.

Formación

• 2+ years of management experience, retail or beauty preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales and manage KPIs.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
