Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor in Bradenton, FL. You will lead the Back of House, supervise deliveries, and coordinate workload with store management to drive efficient operations.

What you bring: at least 1 year of supervisory retail experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work a full-time schedule including nights and weekends. You’ll support safety, asset protection, and team development while delivering excellent store

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging attitude
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs or more

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression process (receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, processing merchandise)
• Ensure back of house cleanliness, setup and organization to standard
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to prevent shortages
• Promote safety for customers and associates per guidelines
• Coach associates and provide recognition on the floor
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings
• Drive community relations participation through company programs
